Summary of Key Custom Terms
All garments are personalised and custom-printed to order. Once payment is made and manufacturing is queued, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We print supplied files directly. We are not responsible for defects or blurriness arising from low-resolution files or complex artwork issues.
Free reprints are provided for significant manufacturing errors (~14 days production + delivery), or money back at our discretion.
1. Personalised Goods & No Refund Policy
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the statutory right of cancellation and standard return period does not apply to goods made to the customer's bespoke specifications or clearly personalised items.
Once you have approved your order and completed payment via our secure payment link, the print production run is immediately committed to our system. Because blank garments are decorated specifically for you with your uploaded artwork, sizes, and placements:
- No cancellations or refunds can be issued once payment has been received and production is queued.
- Sizes and colorways cannot be swapped once the garments have entered the printing queue.
- Please verify all sizes, quantities, and graphic alignments before completing payment.
2. Artwork Quality & Complexity Disclaimer
Moments Forever Customs utilizes high-precision DTG, DTF, screen printing, and embroidery machinery. The final print quality is directly dependent on the digital assets submitted by the customer.
- We are not responsible for any defects, pixelation, or legibility issues arising from low file resolution (we recommend minimum 300 DPI at actual print scale), compressed PNGs, low-contrast gradients, or complex translucent opacity layers.
- Artwork is printed exactly as positioned on the 3D customizer canvas. Minor positioning variances within standard manufacturing tolerances (±1.5 cm) are normal in apparel production.
- Screen monitors emit RGB light whereas fabric printing uses CMYK inks. Slight color variations between digital screens and physical textiles are customary.
3. Significant Manufacturing Defects & Resolution Policy
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with a significant manufacturing defect caused by machinery failure or fulfillment error (such as a major ink smear, ripped garment fabric, or incorrect blank item model delivered), we will make it right:
We will reprint and replace the affected item(s) at zero additional cost to you. Because our production operates in off-peak wholesale batches, replacement reprints take up to 14 days (~7 days print + ~7 days tracked UK delivery).
Moments Forever Customs reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a direct refund (money back) for the affected items in lieu of re-manufacturing a replacement.
Defect Claim Window: Any claim regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 calendar days of parcel delivery with clear photographic evidence sent to our studio inbox (iamkavya555@zohomail.eu) or WhatsApp.
4. Off-Peak Production & Delivery Schedule
To offer customers wholesale-level pricing on custom ware without requiring high minimum order quantities, our print runs are scheduled with the industry's largest wholesale print partners during off-peak capacity windows:
- Off-Peak Printing: Up to 7 working days (1 week).
- Tracked Shipping: Up to 7 working days (1 week).
- Total Expected Lead Time: Approximately 14 days from payment confirmation.
- Advance Notice Recommendation: Please ensure your order request is submitted and paid at least 14 days in advance of your event or deadline.
5. Order Request Review, Minimum Order & Payment Process
Submitting a design through our website customizer creates an order request. No credit card charge or payment is processed at checkout.
Minimum Order Value: Bespoke order requests require a minimum total order value of £20.00 GBP (inclusive of UK VAT) to qualify for studio pre-flight proofing, wholesale pricing, and off-peak production queueing.
Our design team performs a pre-flight check on your artwork within 24 hours. Upon approval, we issue a secure payment link via email and WhatsApp. Production commences only after payment is verified.
